Natural cold, cough, and sore throat remedy

  1. Press one fresh clove of garlic using a garlic press or a mortar and pestle. Let sit in open air 10-12 minutes.
  2. Add 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper, and 1 tsp of raw honey to taste. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Eat small bits of mix with a chop stick or end of an orange peeler, and wash it down with hot water.
  4. Take 2-3 times a day, morning and night, for a few days until symptoms subside.

Raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar mixed to taste in hot or cold water. Add raw honey to taste when using hot water.
